Traditional women honor Minister Sirleaf for outstanding performance

At a colorful program held at the premises of the Internal Affairs Ministry the women gowned and presented certificate to the minister for effectively administrating and coordinating the affairs of the 15 counties, ensuring peace and reconciliation, communal farming initiatives and sustaining service delivery through the County Service Center under the decentralization program
