Minister Sirleaf rallies RiverCess Citizens to farm; assures of President Weah's commitment to road construction

Cestos City, October 21, 2018:Liberia's Internal Affairs Minister Varney A. Sirleaf has called on Liberians to invest in soil by engaging in Agriculture.

According to Minister Sirleaf said one who feed him or herself will be able to make independent decision.

 Speaking to Citizens of RiverCess on Saturday October 20, 2018 at the Cestos City Hall in Cestos City, Minister Sirleaf assured Liberians of the Government of President Weah commitment toward improving Agriculture in thecountry.

The internal Affairs Minister revealed that the issue of communal farming will be taken seriously by his Ministry. Minister Sirleaf further disclosed that his Entity is working along with the Ministry of Agriculture to see how best the two entities can foster collaboration toward the Communal farming.

According to him under the arrangement the Ministry of Agriculture will provide technical support while MIA will provide human resource. He used the occasion to assured Citizens of the plan by Government for the Coastal highway.

Minister Sirleaf informed the gathering of President Weah's commitment in making the Coastal highway project a reality in the not too distant future but was quick to point out that it will be done in phases.
