MIA builds staff capacities; 39 employees receive certificates

Monrovia, December 2, 2019: On Monday, December 2nd, thirty-nine (39) employees of Ministry of Internal Affairs(MIA) and Governance Commission(GC) were proud recipients of certificates following their completion of a 3-month intensive training in many courses geared towards making the two agencies effective in their mandate areas as well as implementation of the Liberia Decentralization program including the Local Government Act of 2018.
The training was sponsored by USAID through its LEIGIT program.
Some of the courses include Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting.
