The Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), in partnership with the Civil Service Agency (CSA), has launched a one-day inception training on personnel and credential verification. The session equips HR focal points and county administrators with standardized procedures to validate staff records, authenticate academic and professional credentials, and update the HRMIS. The initiative strengthens internal controls, enhances payroll integrity, and promotes accountability across central and sub-national offices in line with CSA guidelines.
