Ebola Task Force gets cash Donation to fight Ebola

Monrovia, Liberia -One of Liberia's leading sanitation and waste collection companies, Libra Sanitation Incorporated on Wednesday, July 30, 2014 made a cash donation of fifty thousand Liberian Dollars to the National Task Force on Ebola.

 

According to an Internal Affairs Ministry release, the amount was presented to the Co-Chair of the Task Force, Internal Affairs Minister Morris M. Dukuly, at his Capitol Hill Office.

 

Presenting the amount, the Chief Executive Officer of Libra Sanitation, Mr. George Howe said the contribution was his company’s away of identifying with efforts aimed at eradicating the deadly Ebola Virus out of Liberia.

 

Receiving the amount on behalf of President Ellen Johnson who chairs the National Task Force, Co-chair Dukuly thanked Mr. Howe and the Libra Sanitation Management for the concern to fight the virus.

 

Minister Dukuly spoke of the need of massive public awareness, which according to him required funding.

 

He used the occasion to call on the public to report to health officers any symptom of the virus, which according to him would give the infected person a chance to survive.
